Privacy & Cookies
Updated October 1, 2026
This notice explains how our Experience Events brands use information collected through expdjs.com (Experience DJs), motiondjs.com (Motion DJs), socialsparkbooth.com (Social Spark Photo Booths), flairfilm.co (Flair Film Co), and their inquiry processes. The tools enabled can differ by site; a listed feature may not yet be active on every brand’s website.
When you contact us
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, and message. We use it to respond, check availability, prepare proposals, and manage your event relationship. Our inquiry and business-management tools include Zapier and HoneyBook. Please do not include payment-card details, account passwords, or other sensitive information in an inquiry message.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page visits, repeat visits, and engagement with website content, including video playback. For visitors detected in the United States, optional analytics and advertising tracking are enabled by default unless you have opted out or your browser sends a privacy signal we honor. For other or undetermined locations, we ask for your cookie choices before enabling our optional tracking. Browser identifiers and campaign information can be connected to an inquiry you submit and its business records so we can understand which sources lead to inquiries and bookings. We use Google Cloud and reporting tools to combine this information. Our custom analytics events are designed not to include your name, email address, phone number, or inquiry message.
Optional advertising measurement
When analytics and advertising tracking are enabled under the regional settings and your choices described here, the Meta Pixel can share browser and device information, page URLs, and events such as page visits and inquiry submissions with Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use this information for advertising measurement and personalized advertising. We may use permitted website activity and inquiry progress to build relevant audiences and reduce advertising to people who have already signed or booked. Audience updates are not instantaneous.
Our website advertising setup does not enable automatic matching of form names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Submitting an inquiry is not the same as choosing to allow advertising cookies.
Your cookie choices
Use Privacy choices in the footer, or Manage cookies where a cookie banner is shown, to allow or decline analytics and advertising separately. You can still submit an inquiry when optional tracking is declined. Necessary storage remembers your privacy choices and a short-lived country result. Changing optional cookie settings affects future tracking in that browser; it does not automatically delete information already submitted in an inquiry or erase data already received by a provider.
We use Country to determine a country from your connection’s IP address for these regional privacy settings. This request omits your page referrer, account credentials, inquiry information, and analytics identifiers. Our regional code retains only the country result, not the returned IP address. If the lookup is unavailable, optional tracking waits for your choice.
To honor an opt-out or prevent ads after signing, we may keep a minimal suppression record and use an opaque identifier previously shared with Meta to request audience removal or exclusion. These privacy-control requests do not report new website activity or add you to an audience used to target ads.
Cookie choices are browser- and device-specific. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may require making your choices again. Our custom Meta tracking also stays off when it detects Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track preference. You can manage advertising preferences through the relevant advertising platform as well.
Service providers and embedded content
Squarespace hosts our websites. Zapier and HoneyBook support inquiry handling and customer workflows. Google services support analytics and reporting. Optional advertising tools may involve Meta. Embedded media and links, including YouTube, Vimeo, and SoundCloud, are provided by third parties and may involve their own data processing when loaded or used. Their policies explain their practices:

- HoneyBook privacy policy
- Google privacy policy
